Kitchen remodeling budgets seem to vary widely, of course, kitchen sizes & floor plans vary, however, what we are finding after speaking with our customers & reviewing competitors’ products, services, and estimates our conclusion is that people have both a varied grasp of what they have been quoted and they are being quoted partial numbers & being left to put the pieces together themselves.  This allows the illusion of being less expensive.

If you are remodeling your kitchen, replacing the floor, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, sink, faucet, handles & knobs we would consider this a complete kitchen remodel.  Complete Kitchen Renovations start around $1,599.99 a month.

If you’re not looking to do a complete renovation, simply replace the cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, & hardware we would consider this a “Swap”.  Swaps start around $699.99 a month.

So, now your left asking how many months is that, it is 24 months example ($1,599.00 x 24 = $38,399.76).

You have decided to remodel your Kitchen or Bath and now need to know how to figure out what this is going to cost, there are several ways to do this, and several price points as well! 

You can have a designer/measure tech come out to your home to measure, photograph & discuss with you the project scope.  This is either free or the low cost route.  Typically you bring or email some measurements & photos along with a project description & some material selection to the designer. (Bringing it in is typically free, having someone come out to measure is typically $99.00 - $150.00)

You can speak with a builder or installer & let them price it out for you.  Depending on who you choose to work with this can have very different results.  In any case, this is typically the longest way to get a pricing result.

You can use online or in-store 10x10 pricing & try to divide it up to recalculate for what you have.  This option is usually the least accurate.
